Mind, in a co-branded presence with Zünd, will be at SIMAC Tanning-Tech, in Milan, Italy, from 23-25 February, at hall 18, stand K47/H42.

The 2016 new versions of Mind Technology software will be launched, with new important features incorporated at MindCAD, MindCUT and MindGEST software families. Will be featured also an innovative solution that combines the accuracy and productivity of the new Zünd D3 digital cutter with the efficiency of MindCUT software.

The new MindCAD 2016 delivers innovations for the design and engineering of footwear, with powerful new tools enabling the design of highly realistic models and the development of innovative footwear collections, with high technical rigor.

The solution based on Zünd D3 allows doubling the productivity of the cutting process. This performance is due to the combination of MindCUT efficient software with the new Zünd D3 system, which uses two cutting heads in a single production flow. Two arms (each with up to 3 modules) cut and punch simultaneously the leather hide, independently. This combination allows unprecedented levels of productivity.

It will also be in exhibition a solution integrating MindCUT Studio software with Zünd L3 C-40 digital cutter. This system flexibility sets a new quality standard for the industry.

MindCUT Studio performs the capture and recognition of the leather and optimizes the nesting of parts - allowing a reduction of set-up times, minimizing material waste and thus ensuring exceptional productivity on flexible production environments.
